Meet our International Marketing Coordinator, Grace Turner

We’re excited to introduce our International Marketing Coordinator, Grace Turner. Since starting at Sypro as an intern, she’s quickly made her mark by developing campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences and adapting content for the Peruvian market.

Hi Grace, please could you tell us a little bit about your job as International Marketing Coordinator at Sypro?

In my role, I help Sypro connect with Spanish-speaking clients and ensure our marketing feels relevant and engaging. Recently, I have been managing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, and also supporting live product demonstrations in Spanish, helping clients have a smooth experience with Sypro, no matter where they are.

What achievements are you most proud of so far?

Over the past few months, I’ve had the chance to:

• Develop targeted advertising campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences, helping with engagement and leads.
• Localise the Sypro UK website for Peru, making it easier for new users to navigate and find relevant content.
• Translate and adapt key marketing materials to support the sales team and improve client onboarding.
• Support live product demonstrations in Spanish so clients can experience the software firsthand.

These initiatives have helped strengthen Sypro’s presence in Latin America and build stronger connections with clients across the region.

Great stuff. So, what excites you most about this role?

What excites me most is being able to use my Spanish in a professional business environment. I find it incredibly rewarding to translate for and connect with native Spanish speakers, and it means that every day my job is a little bit different. A huge bonus is that I get to do all of this from my hometown.

When you’re not at work, what do you get up to in your spare time?

In my spare time, I’m usually studying for my degree, but away from studying and work, I love going out with friends, taking my dog, Brian, for long walks and most recently, learning salsa (with the emphasis on learning).
