Morgan Sindall Construction expand Sypro usage with enterprise license
We’re pleased to share that Morgan Sindall Construction has cemented its relationship with Sypro through an enterprise agreement, building on more than six years of successful use across live UK construction projects.
Since 2019, Sypro has supported projects and teams where structured contract administration, clear communication and change management are particularly critical. To date, the platform has been used across 80+ projects, helping teams manage early warnings, compensation events and contractual communications under NEC, JCT and bespoke contracts.
As Laura Earnshaw, Business Development Director at Sypro, explains: “Morgan Sindall’s extensive use of Sypro shows that digital contract management is no longer an add‑on; it is essential to how modern sites operate. By committing to a long‑term relationship, we are ensuring teams have the consistency they need to control change and risk across their portfolio.”
The new agreement provides continuity and flexibility, allowing Morgan Sindall Construction teams to continue deploying Sypro where it adds the most value, particularly on complex schemes involving refurbishment, risk and unforeseen conditions, such as the £68.7m Kings Hall Leisure Centre redevelopment in Hackney.
Raiyan Valimahomed, Quantity Surveyor at Morgan Sindall Construction, said: “Sypro has been a valuable tool in contract administration on previous projects, providing clear, transparent and well‑structured record‑keeping throughout the contract process. Its easy‑to‑use interface made managing changes and tracking progress efficient.”
Alan Smedley, Director of National Frameworks, said: “Having successfully used Sypro Contract Manager for many years, across numerous industry sectors, we have this year moved from a project licensing model to an Enterprise License within our construction division. The adoption of an enterprise agreement provides a scalable solution, allowing broader adoption, reducing the administrative burden of managing individual project licenses, whilst providing a live and accurate dashboard reporting platform, tailored to meet the requirements of our regional businesses”.
It’s a strong example of how digital tools can support site and commercial teams practically and proportionately, without a one‑size‑fits‑all approach.
