Having used Sypro software since 2016 to support with CQC inspections and facilities management, specialised care provider Marches Care Limited has implemented Risk Manager, our risk management software, to develop its compliance system and to manage its assets, creating service histories for each.

How did Sypro help?
Since implementing Risk Manager, Marches Care Limited has been able to validate both regular and reactive maintenance and to set up an asset management system, which allows it to build a picture of each items’ performance and reliability. This also allows repairs or replacements to be reviewed, with considerations such as cost.
Through the system, Marches has all the features it relies upon, within a more expansive platform that supports with managing assets and allows access to all archived data following a seamless transition process. For example, the team has been able to provide three years of water temperature checks undertaken.
The wealth of information held within the cloud-based system allows Marches to report on every past job completion, which feeds into inspections and reviews that cover the wide range of compliance checks attached to the complex nature of Marches’ care services.
