Dr Stuart Kings is a highly respected construction contract management expert and Technical Director at Sypro, with extensive experience advising organisations on NEC, JCT and FIDIC contracts. As an NEC4 Drafter and co-author of NEC3 and NEC4 Practical Solutions, Stuart is recognised internationally for his expertise in contract compliance, risk management and collaborative project delivery.

With decades of practical and strategic experience across the built environment sector, Stuart has helped shape best practice in construction contract management, supporting the successful delivery of major healthcare, infrastructure and capital projects in the UK and internationally.

Prior to joining Sypro, he delivered expert NEC training across the industry and supported hundreds of professionals in achieving their NEC Project Management Accreditation, helping to develop the next generation of NEC practitioners. He continues to share his expertise through the Sypro Knowledge Hub, delivering monthly expert webinars for contractors, consultants, clients and other industry professionals on topics including compensation events, risk allocation, programme management and NEC administration.
