Simon Hunt

Simon Hunt has spent more than 30 years helping organisations improve the way they manage contracts, commercial risk and project delivery. With extensive experience working across the construction, infrastructure, energy and utilities sectors, Simon has supported clients in implementing more effective contract management processes that improve visibility, strengthen governance and reduce project risk.

Throughout his career, Simon has worked closely with contractors, consultants and asset owners to address the practical challenges of administering complex contracts, helping teams move away from fragmented, manual processes and adopt more consistent, collaborative ways of working. His experience spans NEC, FIDIC and other industry-standard forms of contract, giving him a strong understanding of the commercial and operational demands faced by project teams.

As Strategic Account Director, Simon leads the strategic direction of Sypro, working closely with customers and industry partners to ensure the platform continues to meet the evolving needs of contract and commercial professionals. He is passionate about helping organisations gain greater control over contractual obligations, reduce administrative burden and improve project outcomes through better processes and technology.
