We are thrilled to announce that Sypro has been picked by Willmott Dixon to be the contract management software of choice for the colossal revamp of the once legendary Stockton Globe, famed for hosting the likes of The Beatles, Buddy Holly and Cilla Black.
Plans to renovate the theatre initially began in 2011, with the project budget set at £4m. The project has since experienced some set backs, with plans having to be redrawn after structural issues were uncovered, meaning a delay to project completion of 2020 and an estimated redevelopment cost of £15m.
Sypro Contract Manager will be used by all client and contractor project teams to ensure NEC3 contractual compliance throughout the project and improve administration efficiency.
