Project Overview:
The Red Kite Learning Trust has developed its systems of compliance based on Sypro’s Risk Manager software and manages 14 sites on the system including 13 schools and its head office. Within the system, a structure of clear accountability and responsibility for distinct jobs roles has been built in at both Trust and individual school level.
The Trust has onboarded 14 sites across two regions, which includes 292 rooms in 62 buildings.
How did Sypro help?
Since implementing Risk Manager, 272 accident reports have been logged, and The Red Kite Learning Trust has been able to manage almost 500 reactive repairs through the system.
As well as this, Sypro provides onboarding services and training, which were deployed at the outset of system implementation. Collaboration sees both parties working together on the operation of risk registers to find a collective workflow to allow the most efficient utilisation of the framework offered by the system while upholding vital conventions and practices.
